Spanish police have launched a murder investigation. Early reports suggest that authorities are reviewing footage from hospital cameras and nearby areas to track the vehicle, which was reportedly carrying foreign license plates. One of the working hypotheses being explored by investigators is that the incident may be linked to drug trafficking.

Meanwhile, the victim's body has been transferred to the Forensic Medicine Institute in Girona, where an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death and assist in identifying the victim.

In a new development reported by ElCaso.com, 24 hours after the Albanian man was abandoned at the hospital, a man claiming to be connected to the incident surrendered to the police station in Lloret de Mar. Authorities have confirmed the arrest of an individual who turned himself in, though it remains unclear what role he may have played in the murder or if he was one of the three people in the black Audi.
