The Albanian national futsal team secured a thrilling 4-3 victory against Denmark in their second match of the UEFA European Championship 2026 qualifiers. Under the leadership of coach Erind Resuli, the Red and Blacks overturned a 1-0 deficit to claim their first win in Group 6, which also includes Kazakhstan and Armenia.

A Dramatic Comeback Victory
Coach Resuli started the match with the following five: Fidan Misini (GK), Arif Limani, Arber Shkodra, Halim Selmanaj, and Roald Halimi.
Denmark took the early lead, but Albania equalized just before halftime through a goal by Selimaj, closing the first half at 1-1.
The second half began with Denmark scoring two quick goals, pushing the scoreline to 3-1. However, Albania refused to give up. Toma narrowed the gap to 3-2, and Halimi followed shortly after with the equalizer, bringing the score to 3-3.
As the match neared its conclusion, Kryeziu delivered the decisive blow, scoring the winning goal for Albania and sealing a hard-fought 4-3 victory.
