Police in Tirana have arrested a 32-year-old man identified as E.B., who repeatedly ordered products online and robbed delivery couriers at knifepoint upon their arrival. The suspect not only committed these crimes but also violated a previous house arrest sentence for the same offense.

Details of the Crimes
Investigations revealed that E.B. targeted delivery couriers by ordering items, primarily mobile phones, to his home address. When the couriers arrived, he threatened them with a knife, stealing the goods without paying.
The suspect is linked to three confirmed incidents on December 15, 21, and 27, 2024, during which he committed similar acts of violent theft.
Police Operation "Porositësi"
The Tirana Police’s 4th Precinct organized and executed an operation codenamed "Porositësi" (The Orderer) to apprehend the suspect. E.B. was arrested for the criminal offenses of "Robbery with Violence" and "Escape from Custody."
Evidence Seized
Police confiscated a stolen mobile phone from the December 27 robbery and a sum of cash as evidence.
Ongoing Investigation
Authorities are continuing their investigation to uncover other potential thefts carried out by the suspect. The materials have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office for further procedural actions.
