Scoring a total of 143 points, the results were determined by a voting system split evenly between the professional jury and public votes. Singer Elvana Gjata took second place with her song "Karnaval," earning 135 points, while Alis secured third place with "Mjegull," finishing with 59 points.
The evening began with the announcement of the jury's votes, which mirrored the final results: Shkodra Elektronike in first, Elvana Gjata in second, and Alis in third. However, the competition took an unexpected turn with the inclusion of diaspora voting, making its debut in this year’s festival. The diaspora gave a majority of their votes to Elvana Gjata, pushing her to the top spot temporarily, while Shkodra Elektronike moved to second place. Despite this, Alis remained steady in third.
Ultimately, it was the SMS votes from Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, and North Macedonia that tipped the scales, securing Shkodra Elektronike's win and awarding them the Grand Prize.
When the winners were announced, the moment was filled with emotions, tears of joy, and heartfelt gratitude. Shkodra Elektronike took to the stage to thank both the public and the jury for their overwhelming support, promising to bring their fiery energy to Eurovision 2025.
With "Zjerm," Shkodra Elektronike is poised to set the Eurovision stage ablaze and make Albania proud.
