On Tuesday, Laçi secured their place in the next round by defeating Kukësi 3-1. Bylis clinched their qualification in extra time, overcoming Tirana with a 2-1 victory.
The remaining six matches were played today. Egnatia delivered a commanding performance, defeating Kastrioti 4-0. Dinamo City also impressed with a resounding 6-1 win over Erzeni. Skënderbeu edged past Vorë with a narrow 1-0 victory, ensuring their spot in the quarterfinals.
In other matches, Partizani dispatched Apolonia with a 2-0 scoreline. Meanwhile, both Vllaznia’s clash against Besa and Teuta’s encounter with AF Elbasani ended 0-0 in regular time, necessitating extra time to determine the winners.
AF Elbasani struck twice in extra time to secure a 2-0 victory, advancing to the quarterfinals. At the “Loro Boriçi” Stadium, Vllaznia’s decisive goal came in the 108th minute, earning them a spot in the next round.
The quarterfinal matchups will be determined through an open draw among the eight qualified teams. According to the competition’s regulations, the teams are divided into two pots for the draw:
- Pot 1: Egnatia, Partizani, Vllaznia, Skënderbeu
- Pot 2: Laçi, Dinamo City, Bylis, AF Elbasani
The quarterfinal stage will follow a two-legged format, with the first leg taking place at the home venues of the teams drawn from Pot 2.
