The team faced some setbacks due to injuries. Gjergji Kota and Ledjo Tresa have been forced to leave the camp, with both players sidelined due to injuries. To fill the gap, head coach Alban Bushi has brought in Renaldo Torraj, who has joined the group and is training with the rest of the squad.

Additionally, Kevin Zefi has also withdrawn from the squad due to injury. In response, Bushi has called up Jordi Jaku from Bologna, who will immediately join the team to strengthen the roster.

The Albania U-21 team is set to travel to Greece tomorrow, with the first friendly match scheduled for Friday at 16:00 local time at the Serres Municipal Stadium.
