It seems that the future of Rocco Vata is already determined. The son of former prominent Albanian national team defender, Rudi Vata, has received a call-up from Northern Ireland's national team for the upcoming matches in March, according to Albanian media outlets, as reported by albinfo.ch.
The call-up for the Watford player in the English Championship was officially confirmed by the Irish Football Association.
As previously mentioned, Rocco Vata had also received an invitation to join Albania’s Under-21 national team. However, it appears that Northern Ireland acted first, securing a spot for him directly in the senior team.
