Tragic Accident Claims Four Lives in Fushë-Prezë

 A devastating traffic accident occurred in the early hours of March 19, 2025, in Fushë-Prezë, resulting in the loss of four young lives. The incident involved a collision between a car and a concrete mixer truck, leading to a fiery explosion that trapped and killed the passengers inside the vehicle.

At the place of the crash at Fushë-Prezë  

The victims have been identified as Enejdi Laçi, Erildi Laçi, Enrikejd Kurti, and Andi Laçi — all young men whose lives were tragically cut short. According to police reports, the car was driven by 25-year-old Enejdi Laçi, who collided with a concrete mixer operated by 24-year-old Aleksandër Krrashi.

Following the crash, Krrashi fled the scene but was later apprehended by authorities. Firefighters from Kamza arrived swiftly, but the intense flames left no chance for rescue.

Police confirmed the timeline of the incident, stating that around 11:50 PM, traffic officers discovered the burning vehicle near a stationary concrete mixer truck. Preliminary investigations suggest that Laçi’s car crashed into the truck, causing the fire that engulfed the vehicle.

The investigation, led by the Prosecution Office, remains ongoing to fully document the circumstances surrounding this heartbreaking event.
