The Municipality of Ulcinj has announced a competition for the conceptual design of the monument of the national hero Gjergj Kastrioti Skanderbeg, as stated in an official notification on the municipality’s social media page.
The purpose of this competition is to select the best conceptual design for the monument, which will be placed near the Municipality of Ulcinj building on cadastral parcel no. 1449/1 KK Ulcinj.
The competition documentation consists of textual and graphical parts. The textual section includes the competition announcement and the project assignment, while the graphical section contains the digital geodetic base and photographs of the parcel where the monument will be installed.
The submission deadline is 60 days from the date of the announcement, specifically until April 29, 2025.
Participants are required to submit their proposals within the designated timeframe to the Secretariat for Culture and Social Activities via the Citizens’ Bureau of the Municipality of Ulcinj, located at Bulevardi Gj.K. Skenderbeu pn, Ulcinj.
