The Council of Ministers in Albania has decided to lift visa requirements for citizens of five countries, allowing them to enter the country for tourism purposes.
According to the government’s decision, citizens of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Thailand, and Indonesia will be able to enter Albania without a visa, provided they are visiting for tourism and hold a valid passport.
This visa-free access will be valid for a limited period, from April 15 until December 31, 2025, as reported by Albanian media and relayed by albinfo.ch.
The implementation of this decision is entrusted to the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of the Interior.
The decision will officially come into force once it is published in the Official Gazette.
